Watch Warranty Information

All watches sold by ArmaniWatchesStore.com are guaranteed Authentic, brand new and arrive with the manuafacturer's packaging.
The warranty is only valid if the watch has malfunction due to manufacturing & material defects. It excludes damages such as scratches, bracelets, straps, crystals, diamonds, glass, finish, batteries and does not cover wear and tear and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance and/or other limitations, or damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse, negligence, error and recklessness on the part of the user.

The warranty covers all parts and labour. If the watch cannot be repaired by us, we will send a replacement watch. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model. If we do not have your model in stock, we will send you a full refund.

The warranty will be void if the watch has been damaged, opened, repaired, altered by anyone other than our authorised repairers.

You must report the fault to us as soon as it is identified, within 2 years from the original date of purchase by emailing us on service@armaniwatchesstore.com along with the order number, watch name and model number, your full name, your complete address where the item was shipped and the original date of purchase. There is a handling charge of $15 to cover return postage and packaging, which must be paid upfront by the customer before sending the Goods to us for inspection and/or to claim the warranty. For addresses overseas the charge is $25. Although we try our best to resolve warranty related claims swiftly, it may take up to 6 weeks to process such claims. The customer must check the goods as soon as they are returned to the customer and email us within 72 hours if they have received them faulty. Any later claims will be dealt seperately from the original claim.

We will not issue a refund where a warranty is claimed. Refunds and returns are covered under our returns policy only.
